Day 3 – Drink lemon water in the morning on an empty stomach and drink warm lemon water before lunch. Drink lemon mineral water throughout the whole day.
Day 4 and Day 5 – Follow the instructions from Day 3.
Day 6 – Repeat the same things as in Day 3, but this time limit the lemon juice intake to two glasses. It’s best to drink them in the morning and before you have dinner.
Day 7 – drink a glass of lemon water on an empty stomach right after you wake up.
