This is a popular folk remedy, which was used by our grandmothers and it was particularly used for lung disease and heart issues. There are various forms of preparation of these remedies, but the most important thing is that they are really helpful and amazingly effective.

You will need:

  • 5 litters water
  • 1 pound of brown sugar
  • 1 pound of onions
  • 2 lemons
  • 7 tablespoons natural honey


Put the sugar in some metal bowl, then heat it and process till it turns brown. After that, place the chopped onion and fry, and put the water. Cook well over medium heat till the content of water in the bowl reduces not less than 1/3. Leave it to cool, put the lemon juice together with the honey, and mix everything very well. In the end, strain the mixture and put it in a glass bottle.


  • For adults: 1 tablespoons of the remedy before each meal.
  • For children: 1 teaspoon of the remedy before each meal.

Consume the drink till you spend these amount. If necessary, feel free to make a new mixture and repeat the procedure till you heal your lungs completely.
