One of the most common causes of stomach cancer is long-term infection with H. pylori, which lives on the lining of the stomach, and the risk factors are huge and if you eat a lot of salt and industrial food, lots of meat, you enter too much alcohol, not exercising and not preparing food properly.
Stomach cancer does not have some characteristic symptoms, so people rarely notice that something is happening while the disease is still developing, but these are some of the signs that experts point out:
– Nausea / vomiting
– Frequent heartburn
– Loss of appetite
– Permanent flatulence
– Fast food saturation (already after a few bites you feel that your stomach is full).
– Bloody stool
– Excessive tiredness
– Pain in the stomach after meals
What you can do is to maintain a healthy weight, eating a balanced diet low in fats, leave cigarettes if you smoke and exercise regularly.
