Traditional Remedy For Arthritis, Sciatica, Rheumatism, Painful Knees, And Joint Diseases

The German-American “father” of raw food and author of the book “Living without illness”, Ernst Günter once has published an interesting recipe for the treatment of arthritis, gout, sciatica, rheumatism and other inflammatory and painful conditions of the joints, hips, fingers, toes, knees and pain in the heel (thorn in the heel). The drug is made in form of poultice which is applied on the painful places and directly affects where the problem is.

The method of making the poultice:

You will need:

  • potatoes
  • onion
  •  linseed.

Soak the full tablespoon of flaxseed in 2-3 dcl of water. Boil the water for ten minutes until the linseeds make a mixture.

At the same time, wash the potato and scrub it together with the peel. You also scrub the medium onion. When water with the linseed cools, add the onion and the potato and mix it all together. Drain the excess liquid from the mixture.

If you have problems with the fingers, toes or heels, put the mixture in old gloves or socks, than put your hands or feet in them and wrap whit a nylon bags, so that the excess liquid can’t get out.

On other parts of the body such as the hips, spine, ribs and knees, we suggest to first wrap the mixture in cheesecloth, and place it on the affected area, then wrap the entire area with some bandage or a plastic wrap for household that will keep the mixture tight on the affected area.
