Black spots are really unpleasant, mostly for the girls because sometimes not even makeup can really hide them. They are having negative influence on our self-esteem and sometimes are affecting us emotionally.
Numerous factors can be responsible for the growth of black spots, such as hormonal imbalances, pregnancy, vitamin deficiency, too much exposure to the sun, etc. But luckily, there are many homemade remedies which you can use to heal them. Additionally, you will need some of these natural ingredients:
Lemon Juice (it has whitening effects, due to the Vitamin C)
Squeeze 1 lemon and then dip any cotton balls in the juice. Place the cotton balls on the black spots and leave them to soak. Wash with water after a few minutes and repeat this procedure for 14 days. You will feel the benefits after 2 week of using. If you have sensitive skin, mix the lemon juice with some rosewater or honey.
Buttermilk (it is reducing skin pigmentation without initiating blemishes, due to the lactic acid)
Mix 4 teaspoons of buttermilk with 2 teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. Place the mixture on the face and let it stay for 15 minutes. Wash it with some warm water. Do this 5 days and you will feel the benefits. Instead of buttermilk, you can use a mixture of honey and milk, and put it on the face for 10 minutes.
Oats (oatmeal powder is an exfoliate to the skin)
Make a mixture of 4 tablespoons lemon juice with ½ cup of oats. You will get a smooth paste that you need to scrub it gently to your black spots 1 to 2 times per week. After scrubbing, wash the face with some warm water.
Almonds (prepare an almond milk)
To prepare an almond milk, first you need to soak the almonds in water and leave them overnight. The next morning peel the almonds and blend them with some water. Put ½ teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of sandalwood powder and place this milk to the face. Leave it for 30 minutes and then wash the face.
