Try This Refreshing Cool Bel Juice Recipe This Summer!

Here is a recipe for making refreshing Bel Juice to boost up your energy level.

Bel Juice



• Stone apple (belfal) , halved and seeded1
• Sugar1/3 cup
• Lemon juice2 1/2 teaspoons


Scoop out the flesh of the stone apple with a spoon and put into a non stick pan. Add 4 cups water and heat. Add sugar and mix well.

Add lemon juice and mix and cook till sugar dissolves.Remove from heat and strain. Set aside to cool then keep in a refrigerator to chill.

Pour into glasses and serve chilled. You can also soak the pulp in water for a few hours, and then strain the pulp through a sieve.

Cooking Time: 10-15 minutes
Preparation Time: 10-12 minutes
